Operational Integrity

Operational integrity serves as the Guild's internal oversight and accountability arm, auditing its own officers, records, resources, and operations for misconduct, corruption, negligence, procedural violations, and misuse of authority. Its personnel investigate discrepancies between official reports and physical reality, review jurisdictional disputes, trace irregular patterns across multiple Guild arms, and determine when individual failures point to larger systemic problems. Rather than policing the general population, Operational Integrity polices the machinery of the Guild itself, ensuring that its authority it exercised according to established rules or identifying when that system has begun to fail.
