Reclamation

Reclamation is responsible for recovering people, property, materials, permissions, and obligations that the Guild has determined must be brought back under lawful control. Its officers pursue fugitives, reclaim stolen or restricted assets, enforce recovery orders, retrieve evidence, extract Guild personnel, and act on revoked rights or broken obligations. Reclamation is not primarily a protective arm; its purpose is to locate, seize, and return what the Guild has decided belongs within its authority.
