Special Systems

Special Systems handles the Guild's most sensitive technologies, classified research, abnormal events, and exceptional threats. Its personnel secure restricted equipment, investigate unexplained failures and anomalous activity, manage containment zones, classify sensitive incidents, and coordinate with technical, research, and field teams when ordinary Guild procedures are not enough. Special Systems is less concerned with everyday law enforcement than with deciding what is dangerous, restricted, experimental, or too unusual for normal jurisdiction. Then then control who can access the information, study the information, or even know it exists.
