The designation of X'Nuami refers to a poorly understood class of entities reported in association with severe or unusually persistent Flicker Phenomena. The majority of available descriptions originate from Ricochet personnel, instrument recordings, damaged remote systems, and post-event reconstruction rather than controlled study.

Reports consistently describe structures exhibiting apparently organic movement despite geometries unlike known Qualxian species. Attempts to establish reliable scale, anatomy, locomotion, or environmental requirements have produced contradictory results.
